Current COVID-19 precautions:
Guidance from Sunday 12th December 2021
The Government has announced that England will move to “Plan B” in response to the risks of the Omicron variant. This means that from 10 December, face coverings will be required by law in most indoor settings including places of worship.
We encourage, and have a legal obligation for people to continue to wear face coverings in Church unless they are exempt. This not only to protect yourself, but to protect other vulnerable members of our community.
Chairs have been returned to rows in Church, but some single seating retained for those who would prefer. Social distancing should be maintained and encouraged where ever possible.
Congregational singing will be permitted.
Communion in one kind will continue to be distributed from the front of Church, and the hand sanitiser stations will be retained throughout the building.
Tea and coffee will be available after the service, subject to disposable cups being used or please bring your own mug which you will need to take home to wash yourself.
NHS Test and Trace recording will still continue, so please can you continue to use the QR code if you use the App, or enter your contact details on the manual register as you enter.
